Each year, approximately 50 babies die due to unsafe sleeping practices, such as sharing a bed or sleeping with pillows, blankets, or toys. DCF launched a campaign to educate new parents about the crucial message that babies sleep safest alone. This initiative went a long way in raising awareness and preventing these tragic and entirely avoidable deaths.
