Despite progress, NYC sees 12,000 tobacco-related deaths every year. DCF created a memorable and educational campaign about the devastating effects of tobacco use through the story of Chris Francis, a young man who was diagnosed with stage 4 lung cancer at the age 39, and its effects on his family.
